- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Items marked as non-returnable, such as opened medications or custom orders, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@equinepharmaceuticalss.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Carefully package the product you wish to return and include the RA number on the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges If you need to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original item following the above return process and place a new order for the desired product.
