Return Eligibility

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Opened medications, custom orders, and other non-returnable items are not eligible for return.

  • Carefully package your product and include the RA number as instructed.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
